Yes, those are Punisher badges added to the fender next to the F-150 badges.

To be honest -- I have never seem more BroDozers anywhere in my life than in Central MD and NOVA. I started calling them Mason-Dixheads :D

Once you get closer in to the city like where I live, all the brodozers are Wranglers . There’s no room for full-size pickups, I guess . I saw a Ram 2500 in traffic yesterday and it dwarfed everything around it.
This pic however was by my office which is 5 miles farther out from the city than my house and in the intermediate brodozer transition zone where pickups start entering the mix.

Frederick is like “YEEHAW, Y’all better watch out I’m comin through!”
“Hey man, nice truck, where’d you get it?”
“Back home in Boston.”

“Mason-Dixheads” I love that. Also, yes, now that you mention it, we do seem to have a high density of brodozers. I thought it was like that everywhere.

The irony for me was going up there a couple times a year from AL and seeing WAY more of them. My theory is that it’s an easy way to stand out and look tough in a bedroom community full of Prius and Corolla drivers :)

I feel pretty cheap confident saying my work F-150 probably spent more time in 4-low last week than that thing has in total, all without any extra lights or guards...
I suspect my 2wd personal F-150 has probably been to far more remote places, too. Like ones where the distance to the nearest paved road is measured in hours.

Yes, the lack of an actual winch on the giant winch bumper is indica tive of that destination, I agree.

Central MD is unbelievable. There are sooooooooooooooooooo many. Most domestic dealers have them available pre-lifted and ready to roll some fuckin’ coal whooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
My sister near Rock Hall, nice area but full of bro dozers and heroin.

I mean, yes, that’s what we snobby MoCo kids called it growing up. But at this point there’s just as many “MoCo is too expensive” refugees up there. Downtown Frederick is, dare I say, actually kinda cool.

Does this serve some functional purpose?
Obviously never seen these before and the mount is rather well made compared to most of the glue or bolt on JC Whitney fake junk.

It makes the radio reception worse at the expense of looking more 2nd amendmenty and tacti-cool.

Given that I go camping with my Honda Fit, I’m guessing my Fit might have spent more time offroad than this thing as well. You don’t need all that ‘tactical’ bullshit to go offroad

T here’s a 99% chance that he doesn’t turn off those lights for oncoming traffic.
I would say that he’s the kind of dude who doesn’t turn ‘em off for night wheeling, but the lack of earned “pinstripes” and general tacticoolness of this says otherwise. Good candidate for r/mallninjashit , rhough.

My parents have a vacation house out by St. Michael’s. My mom, who fancies herself as someone who understands the locals, claims that a full-sized pickup is an “Eastern Shore Limousine.” I have no idea if this term is in common usage on the Eastern Shore, or if exists only within my mom’s vocabulary.

If he’d have taken all that money he spent on racks and fender flares and badges and bigass winchless winch bumpers, and put it towards actual capability, he’d have had enough money to put a decent lift and tires on it, functional winch bumper WITH a winch, and a good sized bag of dicks to top it all off.
